We create photorealistic 3D renderings of your future space. Materials, furniture, lighting, and decor are carefully selected. You get a clear visual understanding of the design before construction begins. Adjustments are made based on your feedback, and the concept is finalized.
We prepare a full set of technical drawings for the construction team — demolition and installation plans, electrical and lighting schemes, plumbing, ceilings, flooring, wall elevations, and more. If needed, we provide finishing schedules, furniture and appliance selections.
We meet to discuss your goals, budget, and timeline. We review your design documentation or help create it from scratch. A clear estimate and detailed work schedule are prepared. We sign the contract, organize materials and assemble the construction team.
Dismantling of old elements (if needed). Construction of partitions, floor screeds, wall and ceiling leveling. Installation of all utility systems: electricity, plumbing, sewage, ventilation. Quality control of hidden works before moving to the finishing stage.
